•Fruits are important part of diet that  should be chosen carefully before consuming.   • Proper amount of fruits in diet helps in balancing hydration and nourishment. • Fruits do not create a great harm if chosen correctly.   • Seasonal fruits can be consumed with their availability.   • Daily consumption of fruits for helathy people include pomogranate and baby raddish.   • These two fruits can be consumed on daily basis for a long time without side effects.  They keep the tridoshas ( vaat,  pitta,  kaph)  balanced.  • Example - Some fruits like banana should be avoided by kapha prakruti people.   • Thats why pmogranate and baby radish are included under pathya.
