So in continuation with the previous blog - Drink Water The Right Way , here's a new Health Tip for my lovely readers. Read carefully if you wish to lose, maintain or increase your weight, one of the important element is water. So, Drink water Mindfully as you take your food Mindfully.
                                             
 
There is a saying now a days, drink water  half an hour after your food. 

This is what Ayurved has to say to you. 

       समस्थूलकृशा भक्तमध्यान्तरप्रथमाम्बुपा‌‌: ।।

Want to  lose weight- drink water before food. 

Want to stay Slim- drink water between food. 

Want to increase weight- drink water after food.
