On a weekend, me and  my friends   were sitting round the table in canteen of my college where i completed my masters. It was winter season and all of us were already hungry during early evening. We used to normally have tea at that time during evenings, but that day we all were very hungry as if we had skipped our lunch. One of my friends who was curious asked me "Do you know why do our appetite increase during winters?". •Fruits are important part of diet that  should be chosen carefully before consuming.   • Proper amount of fruits in diet helps in balancing hydration and nourishment. • Fruits do not create a great harm if chosen correctly.   • Seasonal fruits can be consumed with their availability.   • Daily consumption of fruits for helathy people include pomogranate and baby raddish.   • These two fruits can be consumed on daily basis for a long time without side effects.  They keep the tridoshas ( vaat,  pitta,  kaph)  balanced.  • Example - Some fruits like banana should be avoided by kapha prakruti people.   • Thats why pmogranate and baby radish are included under pathya.
